No, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. What we do promise: your records organised, your evidence mapped to the nine Quality Standards, and a team that knows how to keep it that way.
We already use another system. Is that a problem?
No. Migration is the core of the setup. Your historical records keep their original dates and authorship and are marked as imported, so your audit trail stays honest.
When do we pay?
Up front, by invoice from Hearth Systems Ltd. Work starts as soon as payment clears, and the whole engagement is designed to finish within 30 days.
What happens after the three months?
Standard monthly pricing by home size, from £149 per month, with no contract. You can also export everything and leave. Your records are yours.
